The Advanced Powerboat Instructor course is run over two days and one evening, including a night exercise conducted in darkness. The is no moderation, instead you will be continually assessed throughout the course. You will need to be a Powerboat Instructor and show logged teaching hours.

Previous Experience: Valid First Aid, RYA Powerboat Instructor, Advanced Powerboat Course Completion, a Commercial Endorsement and either: RYA Advanced Powerboat, RYA Yachtmaster Coastal (power) or RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (power)
Assumed Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the Powerboat Scheme
